For over 10 years SWiM has partnered with Intaserve for management of our domain portfolio. It’s been a happy and reliable partnership.

Earlier this year, Intaserve was acquired by a third party, VentraIP. Part of this process has seen our account migrated to VentraIP for retail matters and their wholesale partner Synergy, for Domain Reseller matters.

Some of our client base will have been advised of this via email from these parties. Please be aware that this is a necessary procedure due to the acquisition and no cause for alarm. If you have received emails, please feel free to forward them to [email protected] or call our office directly for further information.

Please also know that there will be a further stage coming shortly as we transfer on to our new preferred Domain partner, Instra.

We are choosing to ultimately partner  with Instra as their primary business focuses on domain registration; .au and also hundreds of new GTLDs (Global Top Level Domains) such as .melbourne, .club, .global, as well as CCTLDs (Country Code Top Level Domains). Instra also leads the pack in recognising auDA’s Registered Reseller status, which SWiM Communications was the first company globally to attain.
